Rates:
The rate is normally agreed upon at the outset and vary according to the nature of the assignment. Unless otherwise agreed the going rate is NOK 2,000 an hour eks. VAT.
Legal aid:
If you are on a low income you may be eligible for legal aid. Eligibility is subject to a maximum disposable capital of NOK 150,000 and income not exceeding NOK 350,000 for singles and NOK 540,000 for families.
